Our Team

Where development and public purpose meet.

Viridian Canopy is a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) formed to identify and pursue a business combination with enterprises addressing the nation’s housing needs.

Viridian Canopy is led by people whose careers span development and government relations. That combination shapes which opportunities we pursue and how we carry them forward.

White architectural model of a street intersection: a mixed-use apartment building, a row of townhomes, a small public plaza with a community building and bus shelter, and an unfinished corner drawn in pencil, with the pipes beneath the street shown in a cut-away.

Illustrative concept. Housing, public space, and infrastructure meet at the same corner.
